Rhetorik buys Datarista data delivery solution

UK-based B2B sales and market intelligence company Rhetorik has acquired data delivery solutions provider Datarista, for an undisclosed sum.

Founded in 2015 by Pat Sabatino (pictured), Datarista helps data providers enable integrations with CRM and marketing automation platforms without the need for code. The service can be used for the enrichment of accounts, contacts and prospects; and deduplication against existing customer data; while offering sales support tools for real-time research. According to the company, any data provider using its platform can hit the market in just weeks and at a fraction of the cost of building custom integrations.

Rhetorik says the acquisition extends the reach of its own data, artificial intelligence, insights and analytics capabilities, with a real-time, cloud-based and integrated sales and marketing technology suite. Additionally, as part of the agreement, Sabatino will become Rhetorik’s VP of Products, and Rhetorik will add a Providence, RI-based subsidiary to its existing head office and offices in Woking, Surrey, to Quebec, Canada.
