After celebrating its fifth anniversary, Peoria-based Wakeman Integrity is changing its name to Integrity CRE and its West Valley office continues to grow.

Founded in 2017 by company president Melynn Wakeman, Integrity CRE is a woman-owned commercial brokerage firm specializing in healthcare real estate. In addition to its recent rebranding and growth, Integrity CRE now represents Hammes Partners, a national investment management firm focused exclusively on healthcare real estate, on a new development of medical office buildings of 45,000 square feet in Buckeye.

“We are delighted to represent a leading national healthcare developer and investor in a new medical office property development in the Phoenix market,” said Wakeman.

Marketing Coordinator Kathleen Soberano, Operations Consultant Tami Conradson and Real Estate Assistant Cassandra Harmon join Integrity CRE.

Soberano will be responsible for assisting the office administrator with day-to-day tasks and creating and executing several marketing campaigns to help grow the company’s real estate brand. She will help strategize, execute and manage a variety of advertising campaigns to market new listings from start to finish. Soberano will do this in collaboration with the help of the public relations, operations and real estate teams.

Originally from the Philippines, Soberano has a bachelor’s degree and was a communication major in multimedia arts. Outside of the office, she and her husband love to travel, take long motorcycle rides, spend time at the beach, camp with friends, or just relax at a local cafe.

Conradson, a former manager and franchise owner of a national printing company, will be responsible for overseeing active deal building projects, improving the CRM data management system, managing Integrity CRE marketing lists, managing tenant representation tasks and reports on pipelines and prospects, to assist in the management process and in the management of personnel.

Prior to joining Integrity CRE, Conradson was a property manager for a healthcare property company. She was a licensed property manager and a licensed signing notary agent. She is the owner of Stamp It Mobile Notary.

Originally from Aurora, Ohio, Conradson moved to Arizona in 1985 with her husband and their two children. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren. She is an avid reader.

Harmon’s duties will include tenant representation, market research, guest relationship ambassador, cold calling, property listing, landlord representation, as well as assisting with day-to-day operations. Previously, she worked as a staff coordinator for a pediatric care facility and performed multiple duties including interviewing and hiring RNs and LPNs, performing background checks, and assisting field staff with EMR systems.

A native of Phoenix, Harmon is studying for his real estate license. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, camping, hunting, and watching her children play sports.

“We are thrilled to have Kat, Tami and Cassi join our team at Integrity CRE and we look forward to an exciting and productive year,” said Wakeman.
